Product Shipping Information

SHIPPING:
Centerline ships parts by Fedex, UPS, US Mail, and common freight carriers. We make every effort to ship orders out the same day we receive them, however orders received late in the day may ship the following business day. Orders received on high-volume shipping days may also be delayed, however this is quite rare. Centerline reserves the right to change shipment method and/or carrier if deemed necessary. Customer must insure delivery address given is a secure location; Centerline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped with Fedex, UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Fedex and UPS can not deliver to a P.O. box so a physical street address must be included with orders. We only ship parts via trackable shipping services. A tracking number will be automatically sent to you at the close of business on the day of shipment when we have a valid customer email address on file. This tracking number may appear on your invoice or may be in a separate email from the carrier.

OVERSIZED AND OVERWEIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Oversized and overweight orders may be sent by truck or air freight. Some exhaust kits, windshields, as well as larger consolidated orders that are not handled efficiently by small package shipping services must be sent via truck freight. A packing or crating fee may apply to oversized and overweight shipments, and the customer is responsible for corrective charges such as lift gate fees and residential surcharges. Please contact us to discuss shipping options if you are placing a larger order as we do our best to make shipping as efficient as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship orders all over the world on a daily basis. Shipment costs for international orders may be estimated in our online store, however the actual shipping costs may vary. The recipient is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees, and we do not have the ability to estimate duty due in country of delivery. A tracking number will be automatically sent to you at the close of business on the day of shipment when we have a valid customer email address on file. This tracking number may appear on your invoice or may be in a separate email from the carrier.

If customs, duties, or brokerage charges are not paid by recipient, and are billed to Centerline by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge recipient for all costs.

SHIPPING CLAIMS:
All shipments must be inspected at the time of receipt. Open any damaged packages in the presence of the carrier, and call us immediately so we can file a claim. If a package arrived damaged all packaging materials must be kept and may be collected and inspected by the carrier when investigating a claim. Photos may also be required to file a claim. Missing packages must be reported to Centerline in a timely manner to enable us to file a claim with the carrier. On any orders shipped by truck freight or air freight, signing for a shipment constitutes an acknowledgement that the order has been received in good condition; Centerline cannot be held responsible for damage once a truck freight package has been signed for.

Centerline is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is reported lost or stolen, we will file a claim with the carrier and will not replace merchandise unless claim is approved.

If parts are shipped to a 3rd party, Centerline is not responsible for lost or missing items.

All USPS shipments are at the customer's own risk.

If a shipping mishap occurs, Centerline accepts no liability beyond the cost of the parts ordered.
